Garage Floor Ideas: Alternatives to Epoxy or Paint?

My garage floor is in bad shape, and I’ve been wanting to upgrade it for a while. Since it also serves as my laundry area, I’m aiming for a more comfortable and cleaner vibe.

I’ve been researching special luxury vinyl tile (LVT) for garage floors in my new construction. Supposedly, they can withstand the wear and tear of a garage environment while looking great. However, I haven’t found any independent verification of their longevity from trusted sources yet.
