Is land considered real property?

What is the definition of "real property"? If my land doesn't have any permanent fixtures, buildings, or plants, is it still considered "real property"?

Yes. land is considered Real Property. Real property is defined as bare land and any improvements made to it, such as buildings, fences, and roadways. Tangible or personal property refers to everything else.
