What are the most important home services to set up after purchasing your first home?

We are in the process of buying a house. What are some essential home services we should set up for ongoing maintenance, like landscaping, etc.?

For me, the top priority was the security system and cameras. I'll handle pest control and snow removal myself, and in the spring, I'll consider hiring someone to mow the lawn.
