Build MI Future is the Michigan Statewide Joint Apprenticeship Training Program that develops skilled tradespeople through four-year apprenticeship programs for Carpenters, Millwrights, and Floor Layers. Build MI Future operates five training centers across Michigan and combines on-the-job experience with related classroom instruction, providing state-of-the-art training, safety-focused education, and industry certifications to make apprentices more employable and better paid. The company offers a broad set of qualifications and continuing education—ranging from OSHA and rigging to BIM and specialty installer certifications—while partnering with union contractors to place graduates into career-track positions.
