State of the Art is a small neighborhood picture framing studio in Kansas City, Missouri that makes ideas a reality by crafting fine handmade picture frames. State of the Art is a full-service custom shop serving homes, offices, and galleries and offers conservation picture framing to museum standards, large-format mounting and mat cutting, canvas stretching, pre-fabricated mouldings, custom in-house finishing and woodworking, and glass replacement. State of the Art works closely with galleries, collectors, designers, business owners, and Kansas City residents to preserve and protect photographs and artworks while providing design input to best showcase each cherished piece.
