Appraising Spokane is a branch of Sound Appraisal, led by principal appraiser Don, who began appraising in 1990 after a career in corporate information systems, programming, and as an FAA Air Traffic Controller. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Don has a long-standing passion for real estate appraisal, homebuilding, land use, and home sales. The firm is a Washington State Certified appraiser, a member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, and a Washington State Real Estate Sales Agent. With a strong focus on technology, Appraising Spokane was among the first to deliver digital appraisals and has produced over 10,000 appraisal reports covering mortgage, refinance, tax appeals, PMI removal, pre-listing, relocation, home equity, home improvement, divorce, trust, and estate purposes.
