SLIC Design

Slic Design is an Austin-based interior design studio founded in 2012 by principal designer Sara Cukerbaum, known for a refined, restrained aesthetic that treats negative space as a deliberate element and balances statement with soul. Drawing on Cukerbaum’s experience in Chicago, New York, and Dallas, the company delivers curated residential interiors that emphasize sparse textures, clean forms, and tonal contrasts to center the resident within the design. Featured in publications such as Architectural Digest, The Wall Street Journal, Vogue, and Design Milk, we are supported by a team of designers and project managers and operate from a studio on West 12th Street in Austin, Texas, providing end-to-end interior design services that elevate everyday living.
