Sauer Land Surveying, Inc. is a Fort Wayne, Indiana surveying and engineering firm founded in 1993 that serves Allen County and surrounding counties with residential and commercial property surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, engineering, utility planning, and erosion control and design. The company, co-owned by Wade Hacker and Joseph R. Herendeen, PS, brings over 75 years of combined experience and a strong track record in commercial development and residential plat design, and uses modern GPS and robotic total station equipment along with Carlson Survey, AutoCAD®, and Civil3D® software to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective results while continually reinvesting in technology and staff training to meet and surpass client expectations.
