Porras Nance Engineering is a Laredo-based civil engineering and surveying firm founded as Porras Engineering in 1981 with over thirty years of experience in the Laredo area; Porras Nance Engineering provides services for residential and commercial developments, master planning, platting, feasibility studies, preparation of plans, specifications and bid packages, construction management, and comprehensive municipal civil design, and the company maintains an in-house survey team capable of GPS and Total Station surveys on short notice while holding DBE/TUCP, SCTRCA (ESBE/HABE/MBE/SBE/WBE), and State of Texas HUB certifications and precertification to provide engineering and survey services for the Texas Department of Transportation.
