MaidPro

MaidPro is a residential cleaning company that focuses on delivering highly personalized, professional housecleaning services guided by a proprietary 49-Point Checklist and backed by a satisfaction-focused PRO Clean Promise. Founded in 1992 in Boston after its founder, Mark Kushinsky, experienced poor-quality cleanings and inconsistent service from other providers, MaidPro grew from a small Beacon Hill office into a network of more than 250 locations across the United States and Canada. The company emphasizes licensed, bonded, and insured local ownership, thoroughly trained cleaning professionals, and customized service plans tailored by room, frequency, and budget so that each home receives a clean aligned with the homeowner’s personal standards. MaidPro’s culture centers on listening to customer needs, continuous learning, and a positive workplace where team members enjoy their work, which the company believes translates into higher-quality cleanings and long-term client relationships, all built around the idea that cleaning—and how people feel in their homes—is a big deal.
