KIPS Engineering Inc. is a Northern California construction inspection, testing, and geotechnical engineering firm that provides special inspection services, soils testing and sampling, concrete placement inspection and testing, soil report preparation, and construction inspection and testing to meet city and county requirements; KIPS Engineering Inc. also supports obtaining city approvals and permits, offers BIM/project planning and architectural design support, and staffs ICC-, ACI-, and AWS-certified inspectors and civil engineers to deliver quality control, QA management, and cost-effective solutions. Founded in 2021, KIPS Engineering Inc. maintains offices in San Jose and the Sacramento area and focuses on helping private and commercial projects move from ground up to project closeout.
