Gulfwind Homes

Established in 2012, Gulfwind Homes was founded with a simple mission: to create thoughtfully designed, finely crafted homes that stand the test of time. Today, we specialize in luxury custom and coastal homes built on your lot, delivering a personalized building experience rooted in quality, transparency, and attention to detail. At the helm is Manager Michael Willenbacher, who has been building homes in the Tampa area for over 36 years. Driven by a passion for excellence, Michael founded Gulfwind Homes with a trusted network of industry experts who share his commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and integrity. What began as a local builder has grown into a trusted name throughout the Tampa Bay area. Over the years, we have developed and built numerous communities, and our commitment remains the same—creating homes that reflect the people who live in them and the coastal communities we’re proud to serve.
