PLCS Corporation is licensed as a Professional Design Firm and Land Surveyor Corporation in the State of Illinois and comprises three divisions—Gremley & Biedermann, James, Schaeffer & Schimming, and Chicago Guarantee Survey Company—with over 100 years of combined surveying experience; the company provides land and construction surveying services to municipalities, law firms, developers, architects, engineers and general contractors across northern Illinois, employs roughly 30 staff including seven licensed professional land surveyors and more than ten survey crews, delivers services such as plats of survey, ALTA-standard surveys, 3D land scanning, construction surveys and specialty land surveying for major projects (including Willis Tower, Soldier Field, the University of Chicago, Trump Tower and Wrigley Field), and focuses on timely, professional service supported by experienced personnel and technical capabilities.";
