Who We Are Frank Gurney Inc. is a small third generation family owned highway contractor located in Spokane Valley Washington, specializing in highway metal guardrail, cable guardrail, precast concrete barrier, signing, impact attenuators and rock drilling. Our Company was incorporated in 1959, thus a 60 plus year history of contracting performance here in the Northwest States of Washington, Idaho and Montana.
