About Company

Downtown Chula Vista Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the longest-running Business Improvement District serving the Third Avenue commercial corridor in Chula Vista; the company creates, promotes and champions a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly destination by providing public safety initiatives, streetscape maintenance, marketing and events such as the Farmers’ Market and Taste of Third Avenue, maintains a business directory and member services, and operates from its downtown office to support economic development, community pride, and enhanced property and business values.
