Carpenters' Hall is a historic Philadelphia landmark and museum operated by The Carpenters' Company that preserves and interprets the Georgian-era hall best known as the site of the First Continental Congress in 1774; Carpenters' Hall offers public tours and educational programs, maintains archives and a library, hosts events and rentals, and advances preservation and public history initiatives to share the building’s architectural and civic significance with visitors and the local community.
