Bay Area Mold Pros

Bay Area Mold Pros is a locally-owned, family-run company that provides professional mold inspection, testing, and analysis for residential and commercial properties across the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. Bay Area Mold Pros specializes in unbiased mold testing and investigations of water damage and mold contamination, collects independent laboratory samples and delivers clear lab and inspector reports, and explicitly does not perform remediation to avoid conflicts of interest. The company is led by owner Rick Bruce, a Certified Mold Inspector and licensed general contractor with over 40 years of Bay Area construction and remodeling experience, and the combined expertise of the inspection team enables prompt, often same-day service, fixed upfront pricing, and a focus on education and practical recommendations for homeowners and property managers.
