Alloi Architecture + Construction

Alloi Architecture + Construction is a Los Angeles–based design-build practice founded in 2009 by architect Marcos Santa Ana. The company integrates architecture and construction into a seamless process, focusing on contemporary, high-performance, minimalist homes while also providing commercial and institutional project expertise. Influenced by Southern California mid-century modernists and international design traditions, Alloi emphasizes detail-focused craftsmanship, Zen minimalism, and sustainable building practices. The studio is composed of architects, builders, and support professionals who collaborate to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically refined environments. With an iterative and client-centered design process, Alloi aims to redefine how people live and experience space, blending creativity with technical precision to achieve architectural harmony across Southern California and beyond.
