Weissenborn Appraisal, LLC was established in 2005 by Beverly Weissenborn, MAI, and provides professional real estate appraisal services focused on valuation of a broad range of property types with an emphasis on partial-interest acquisitions. The company combines Beverly’s 30 years of commercial appraisal experience with Barry Weissenborn’s 25 years of rural appraisal expertise (Barry became part owner in 2015) to serve clients in Arizona and New Mexico. Weissenborn Appraisal offers services including eminent domain/right-of-way acquisition, easement valuation, conservation easements, rural land appraisal, estate valuation and charitable contributions, and commercial property appraisals.
