Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA) is a family-owned insurance alliance founded by the Powers family in 2006 that helps independent insurance agencies grow by negotiating higher commissions, providing carrier access, agency development and coaching, technology tools, and support for book ownership. VIAA offers a suite of member services including carrier partnerships, training bootcamps, marketing and operational resources, and regional events to accelerate agency growth and profitability while maintaining agency control and ownership.
