UJIMA Therapeutic Services is a counseling and wellness practice based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive mental health support to BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities. Founded and led by LCSW Olinka L. Clark, who holds a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, the company offers individual counseling, family counseling, group therapy, life coaching, and health and wellness coaching, all grounded in a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach. UJIMA Therapeutic Services centers empathy, cultural humility, and social justice, working collaboratively with clients who may be coping with addiction, criminal justice involvement, depression, anxiety, and the broader impacts of marginalization. Drawing on the Kwanzaa principle of Ujima—collective work and responsibility—the company strives to create a safe, affirming space where clients can process trauma, reclaim their narratives, build resilience, and move toward healing and personal transformation.
