Scottsdale Counseling & Wellness is a Scottsdale-based mental health clinic that combines therapy, psychiatry, and integrative lab-informed assessment to create individualized treatment plans for adolescents and adults. Scottsdale Counseling & Wellness provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient services including individual and couples therapy, psychiatric medication management, hormone and lab testing, and specialty Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) with a dedicated women’s wellness track, offering both in-person and telehealth appointments and working in-network with major insurers to support whole-person mental and physical health.
