Re-Written Counseling is a mental health practice led by Ashley Bryant, a licensed, EMDR-trained Mental Health Counselor based in Port Saint Lucie. Re-Written Counseling provides individual, couples, and family therapy with a focus on parents of children with special needs, women of color (including faith-based perspectives), new mothers, and general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. The company combines clinical training and practical tools to help clients heal, improve relationships, and build coping strategies, accepts several insurance panels (UnitedHealthcare, Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, Optum) while also serving self-pay clients, and is currently accepting new clients and consultation requests.
