About Company

Affordable Counseling Services (Life Source Training Institute & Affordable Counseling) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2008 in Riverside, California to expand access to affordable, high-quality mental health care while also training and mentoring new therapists. Affordable Counseling Services provides counseling for individuals, couples, children, and families, including trauma therapy, support and empowerment groups, and co-parenting classes, with flexible scheduling and online options. Affordable Counseling Services is guided by a mission that mental health care is a basic human right and focuses on inclusive, evidence-based care for Californians, with clinical oversight and supervision led by Dr. Avis Attaway and Dr. Guy Balice.
