Insight Counseling Center, PLLC provides person-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative mental health care with in-person and virtual appointments in Durham and Chapel Hill, NC; Insight Counseling Center specializes in anxiety disorders and OCD, trauma and post-traumatic growth, counseling for teens, couples and partnerships, disordered eating and body image, and support for chronic illness and pain, accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Duke Student Health Insurance (and is not in-network with ACA marketplace plans, Medicaid, or Medicare), and maintains an anti-racist, HAES-oriented, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and religiously unbiased practice focused on helping clients overcome the past and prepare for the future.
