C.A.R.E. Counseling Center is led by Penny Winkler Psy.D., LMFT, who has over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in couples therapy. The center focuses on providing specialized services such as Imago Therapy, anger management training, and grief recovery groups. Dr. Winkler is also experienced in working with families affected by child abuse and family violence. The center emphasizes empathetic, non-judgmental, and unconditional positive regard in its counseling approach, aiming to support individuals and couples through their emotional and relational challenges. The center accepts new patients with or without insurance and continues to offer private practice services.
